Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by, you won’t be able to receive a refund or exchange your purchase.

In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To finish your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, a full refund will not be issued.


Once your return is received and processed, we’ll notify you by email. We’ll tell you if your return was approved or rejected, as well as provide other information related to your refund.
If you qualify for a refund, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within 24 hours.

If refunds are applicable, they will be provided in a timely manner.

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
If you haven’t already, contact your credit card company and ask them to check on the status of your refund. It may take some time before it is approved and posted to your account.
If money is being returned to your account due to a payment problem, it can often take a few business days for the refund to be processed.

All regular-priced items may be refunded, not just sale items.


We understand that sometimes our products may not work out. That’s why we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, email us at


Items returned to us will be at the buyers expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, if you received one.

In some regions, it may take up to 10 business days to ship your exchanged product.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you’re sending an item worth over $75 that’s easy to misplace in the mail. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
